Customer Operations

Client Manager

Voxify is seeking an experienced, dynamic Client Manager ready to accelerate Voxify's product leadership and client momentum in the market.  As part of the Professional Services team, the Client Manager is responsible for scoping, leading, and ensuring the success of deployments of Voxify's voice solutions to customers and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and success.  The Client Manager will also support up-sell activities by scoping new opportunities and working with managed customers. Customers include industry leaders, like Continental Airlines and The Hartford. 

Responsibilities

• Manage Voxify operational client relationships during and after deployment.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams responsible for deploying Voxify voice solutions, assuring client success and acceptance of system performance.
• Oversee deployed applications to ensure they meet business goals such as caller satisfaction and transaction completion rates.
• Develop and execute account planning and review processes to achieve strategic goals by driving greater ROI and identifying enhanced up-sell opportunities.
• Work with and support the Sales and Pre-sales teams on sales calls and deployment scoping.
• Methodically collect and provide product feedback from field and clients to the Engineering and Products teams to improve overall product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related filed.
• 5+ yrs experience in successfully managing complex, enterprise software deployments and / or Telco implementations for Global companies.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, technical and leadership skills to manage client engagements and internal resources in order to provide premier customer service.
• Ability to develop business relationships and negotiate with clients and internal resources.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.
• Experience developing and managing client relationships.
• Experience analyzing and querying application performance and trend data.
• Experience with Telco concepts and architectures.

Deployment

Senior Software QA Engineer

Voxify is looking for a Software QA Engineer to play a key role in building a world-class voice application platform and packaged applications.  The Senior QA Engineer will be required to learn new technologies and be an effective tester in new application domains in a short time. 

The role demands hands-on testing, methodical problem solving, great verbal and written communication skills, and teamwork. Your ability to quickly scrutinize complex dialog designs and data-intensive voice applications will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities

• Create and update test plans, system, integration, and JUnit test cases.
• Perform black and white box testing.
• Generate and validate reports from the backend tables.
• Document bugs and verify bug fixes.
• Design and maintain automation scripting and run regressions.
• Work closely with development and design engineers to achieve application correctness and usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study.
• 5 years experience in software QA including successful enterprise-grade packaged software releases
• Experience with developing test automation for non-GUI applications and testing one or more server-side web technologies
• Experience with SQL, XML, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with testing web applications using SOAP and XML mock data.
• Experience in using MySQL as a backend database
• Experience in requirements collection, creation of system and integration test cases and documentation of test results.
• Experience with Perl, Ruby, or Python is a plus
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming languages.

Software Applications Engineer

Voxify is looking for an Applications Engineer to play a key role in building world-class voice applications, application components, and delivery platforms. Voxify's Conversation Engine™, the speech industry's most advanced voice application platform, is used to automate high-volume customer service calls in numerous vertical markets. As an applications engineer at Voxify, you will apply computer science and engineering skills to voice and web applications in a rich Java environment, executing projects that impact millions of callers interacting with the Automated Agents being produced and enhanced at Voxify. Clear thinking and hard work will allow you to work as part of a team of software industry veterans, contributing to tools, applications, libraries and speech recognizer configuration. 

Your ability to learn new technologies, programming models and new processes is vital to your success.   If you are able to develop web/database applications and are ready to try out the speech realm, Voxify can provide you an opportunity to learn new and emerging voice technologies and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 1 – 5 years of application development experience
• Demonstrated abilities in Java development projects (outside classroom projects)
• Familiarity with the use of object-oriented design in real-world problems
• Ability to write SQL queries and design tables in relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Experience with web application development (e.g. ASP/JSP, PHP, HTML, JavaScript)
• Experience on both Windows and Linux
• Familiarity with XML
• Solid communications skills, both written and verbal

Desired Background

• Commercial experience applying OO design principles and patterns
• Experience with OR mapping tools, such as Hibernate
• Experience with web services technology and standards, such as SOAP
