  Voxify has a proven implementation methodology that enables rapid deployment and continual measurement and improvement of the self-service solution in a Managed Service environment. The implementation starts after contract execution and when you are ready to begin the project. Automated Agent templates and your custom requirements are used to build your application. Once defined, the project moves into analysis and design, followed by a short development cyle, and then deployment. Deployment includes taking the first live calls and having you designate employees (live agents, call center managers, etc.) to help in the testing effort. When deployment and tuning are meeting your metrics and expectations, the self-service solution goes live taking calls 24x7x365.

Once the self-service solution goes live, the value of Managed Service comes to life. Voxify monitors and measures each application on a 24x7x365 basis. Should call volume be higher than usual, Voxify will ensure that more ports are made available at a network hosting center to handle all volume. Should completion rates look lower than usual, Voxify will investigate and notify you that changes will be made to the application to increase performance metrics.
