The Order Status Agent for the Direct Response industry is pretrained to take in-bound calls to give order and return status information. The Order Status Agent can locate an order based on an alpha-numeric ID or some type of customer information. The Order Status Agent can give status on when the order will ship and information on orders that have already shipped. Voxify Automated Agents are certified to have direct access to FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS shipping information. 

The Order Status Agent is a popular application because it automates the common "WISMO" (Where is my order?) call.  Order status calls tend to be 15-25% of most calls and are informational calls offered as a customer service.
