OAG
Voxify has a strategic partnership with OAG, a global content management company specializing in travel and transport.  OAG is best known for its airline schedules database which holds flight details for 1,000 airlines and more than 3,500 airports. Voxify has access to real-time, worldwide flight information that it can provide to travel and hospitality customers through Automated Agents, such as the Flight Status Agent.  Voxify is the only speech vendor with a strategic relationship with OAG. Sabre
Voxify integrates with the Sabre Global Distribution Service accessing worldwide airline reservation information from airlines.

Navitaire Open Skies
Voxify integrates with the Navitaire Open Skies system which is an integrated web-enabled reservation and inventory system suite that includes Internet, call center, and airport departure control functionality.

FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS
Voxify is certified to integrate with the package tracking systems of the leading shipping carriers. The shipping carriers that are FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Voxify automates orders status calls for many retailers and entertainment customers. The primary information callers want is order tracking information.  Order status calls are one of the most important call types to automate because this call type comprises 15-25% of most retailers' calls. Order status calls are informational and non-revenue generating calls and take time away from Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) that take sales calls.
